EVCWMC will be taking videos and photos at the event. By purchasing a ticket, I acknowledge I have read the policy and give my permission to use photographs, video, or  other digital media in any and all of its publications, including web-based  publications.

Furthermore, I understand and agree that all photos, video, and digital media will become the property of EVCWMC and will not be returned. 

I hereby irrevocably authorize EVCWMC to publish or distribute these photos for  legally promotional materials including but not limited to newsletters, testimonials,  brochures, flyers, advertisements, press kits, annual reports, websites or social media platforms. In  addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the product wherein my likeness  appears. 

I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge EVCWMC  from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or  any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of  this authorization.
