IGNITED 2024 EVENT: FAITH OVER FEAR
We live in a day and age where fear seems to be present everywhere. In today’s world, there are many difficult circumstances surrounding us. Fear and worry are more common now than they have ever been. The state of current events can bring fear and anxiety to the heart of even the most faithful. East Valley Christian Women’s Ministry Connection (EVCWMC) embraces an overarching spiritual solution that advocates Faith over Fear while providing a practical solution to current issues and an approach that unites communities rather than creates divisions.
In alignment with EVCWMC’s Mission, we feel called to address the concerns of fear, violence, and hatred from a Christian perspective and IGNITE a FAITH-Over-FEAR approach in the lives of those within and around our communities. We believe that there is hope and a realization that faith can conquer fear because God is perfect love and perfect love casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and love and of a sound mind. (2 Timothy 1:7)
EVCWMC is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization in metro Phoenix with a mission to impact others in our communities, our Valley, and our country by igniting women and their families to discover their true identity in Christ. We do that through hosting small gatherings and larger events, with anointed A-List speakers who share God’s Kingdom principles of love, truth, hope, and encouragement, thereby breaking the chains of fear and anxiety.
We are currently planning for a night of Worship and Art at Christian artist Vanessa Horabuena’s art Studio, the Art of Surrender. Our keynote will be speaking on Faith over Fear, and our featured vendor School Choice will present parents and family members with options for public education. In addition, we are preparing for a larger event in April 2024, IGNITED: FAITH OVER FEAR, where our keynote speaker will share how her relationship with Jesus and how her faith-over-fear approach to life, restored her physically, emotionally, and spiritually to health and wholeness.
We can’t do any of this without your help. We are seeking your financial support or in-kind donation to spread the message about God’s love that transforms lives in the communities that need it most. Your financial help will allow us to plan and prepare for our current and future IGNITED events.

Scholarships
We would like to help as many women as possible to be able to attend our programs and events. If you can help other women who may not have the financial means to attend – women from Phoenix Rescue Mission, Streetlight USA, Control Alt Delete (domestic violence), Maggie's Place, et al. – please consider a donation to EVCWMC toward scholarships.
